    Step 1

    烧热2大匙油,爆香姜片,炒香青瓜片和白蚝菇脚。Heat up 2 tbsp oil, sauté ginger until fragrant, then toss in cucumber and abalone mushroom.

    Step 2

    加入素油渣、调味料和水煮片刻,勾芡加入少许麻油就可上碟享用。Add soybean fiber, seasoning and water, cook for a while and then thicken with starch, sprinkle some sesame oil on top before dish out.
